Jamie created this podcast to empower women to be their own advocate in their mental and physical health. We are all different in our own unique way. Our fingerprints are proof. Jamie is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). Her own health struggles had her set out on a mission to heal and find the root cause of her symptoms. A passion unfolded as she made her own path and changed her relationship with food. This led her to complete her certification from the Nutritional Therapy Association. Changing her health and life with functional nutrition and transforming her mindset, she lives life from a new lens. She knew in her heart she had to share this with others, Now teaching you, she helps you take back your power with food, breaking diet traditions. She does this through gut healing, transforming your mindset and empowering you to give yourself permission to create your own path when it comes to your physical and mental health. It's YOUR time.
