Welcome to Clear Signal. Today's episode piggybacks on the recent episode we had about signals and timing and trusting the divine timing. Another episode that was recorded when the podcast was The Aligned Alchemist, and speaking of alchemy, we talk a lot about Pluto here because Pluto was about to, or had just entered Aquarius for good, big, big shift. It entered around Thanksgiving of 2024 for 20 years, at the time I recorded this, I didn't even put it together, that the next year is considered the year of the snake, but that's neither here nor there.
Snakes shed, they alchemize, they change, they twist, they turn. And in life we try to hold onto I old identities. We try to hold onto old parts of ourselves. And Pluto as a planet is this notion of. Going through to destroy, it has the same notion as snake. It has the same notion as Kali, which is destruction for creation. Something that's not really valued in the Western world, but is highly valued in Eastern philosophy. [00:01:00] Snakes, Pluto ending a year, it all comes together here as well as what I anticipated would happen and has been happening in society starting at the end of. November, which is when this episode dropped.
And in honor of that, I did a Primal Energy Masterclass. It was a class I did due to certain astrological transits that were happening and that is mentioned below. The rest of the podcast really goes into this notion of story of the snake and shoes and all of these things, and it would happened when the brand switched from.
Success and spirit to the aligned alchemist. And since then we've had another switch It is aligned gold. And that might switch again. So brands, morph, pivot, shapeshift, life pivot more shapeshift, and that is part of what this is about. And that is part of what.
This whole arc is this episode that just dropped this episode, [00:02:00] and there's a third part to this where I talk about the four stages of alchemy. And after that we have laid our spiritual foundation and we get into more of the sacral being how the sacral being magnetizes and what that has to do with client attraction as well.
Today's episode is being recorded on December 1st, . It's just about the energies. That we are headed into this month and headed into in 2025 as well as just a overall. State of affairs that I think a lot of us are going through professionally and personally.
It's really an episode to tie up a lot of what I'm feeling collectively right now. Shedding and transformation and rebirth and life force energy. That's a , big part of what I'm talking about in this podcast, but also a , big theme of what I'm doing in my primal energy masterclass.
Tomorrow. There are reasons for that day. It would have to do with the theme of the class. And it is two planets that involve life force, energy, Pluto, and Mars, one is the ancient ruler and the traditional ruler of Scorpio. One is the modern ruler of Scorpio. These two planets work together in a higher octave and a lower octave. Around our deep purpose around our life force energy. In the business realm it has to do with money and debt. And it's all about in the places that it's happening.
It has a big deal to do with alchemizing fear. In to energy and alchemizing the past and past baggage into future. So that's what we're going to be talking about on Saturday. It's an astrological class, as well as like a mindset, an energy class.
, it's December 1st and December 1st is always a big milestone because it's really like, oh my [00:04:00] God, the year's ending. And especially this year with Thanksgiving being late, I feel like we finished Thanksgiving and it's oh shit, boom.
We're in the countdown. I don't follow the Gregorian calendar, but the business world does. And the fiscal calendar does that. If you work in a corporate job, it does. And the majority of the world does. So it's really the artificial indication of a new chapter. We're shedding a skin to start a new.
And speaking of shedding and snakes. If you go to my Instagram, link is in the show notes. You'll see is a picture of me with a snake. in this picture, I am wrapped in a red tail boa and there is a whole story around this and it's relevant to the birth of the brand
It's a funny story. Not haha funny, but an interesting story. I actually almost had a moment where I thought she was going to take me out. I was wearing a turtleneck when I met her a wool. Turtleneck. It's probably the warmest thing I own.
And so my throat was , really warm.. 1111 is [00:05:00] fairly warm in modern new England. And I just had run out of laundry. So my. throat was , very warm. Constrictors, seek warmth. So constructors will wrap around your throat. That's how constrictors will kill you. And in this case, she wasn't trying to hurt me. It's just that she was trying to get closer and closer to the warmth. The owner was there and everything was fine, but. There is a moment there when speaking of death and rebirth, , I was like, oh wow, we're going there. Met her on 1111, which feels relevant since I did not plan that. And given the high energy of 1111, and that the spread started with the one 11 portal. And you'll see that she is. Crawling on my head. She's falling on my face. That was 11, 11 20 21.
The brand has had so many iterations because. I've mentioned in the past, I'm going through a macro outer planet transit. Once in a lifetime will not be completed until 2025. And. It started in [00:06:00] early 2018. So it's been going on for awhile. It's when I blew up my life in California. And I haven't lived a normal life since then.
I've had a lot of crazy adventures. I've lived in a lot of , crazy places. That'll all be talked about and written about one day, but. At the end of the day, this is part of the entrepreneurial journey. It's part of the creative journey. It's this constant willingness to pivot and evolve and shed and transform and not really be afraid of what other people are going to think and not really be afraid of.
You're going to lose people. You're going to lose followers. You're going to lose respect. You're gonna lose customers along the way. And all of that, you have to just trust that the people who are for you are for you. And that's a lot of what. Pluto is about it's because it's shedding. What is holding us back from our soul's evolution at a , deep root cause level. And the Mars is like how we carry that out on a day-to-day basis. That's why I'm doing that masterclass because there's something special happening right now that will transform our entire future with those two planets. This theme of 11 wants to keep coming up over and over again. 11 is [00:07:00] associated with shedding. If you didn't know, because 11. Is not reduced to two because it's that shape of 11.
Think about it. Infinity symbol or a ying and yang symbol, yin and yang that symbol has to do with that . Infinity symbol, right? In numerology. 11 is not reduced, but every year has a universal number. And so 20, 24 is an eight year. It adds up to eight. So that's also infinity for more obvious reason that literally looks like the infinity symbol, right?
So eight and 11 are the two power numbers. Eight is associated with manifestation and crocker disease. Station, . If this is an eight year, that means next year is a nine year and we only have nine years in numerology. Nine is both the death and the beginning. It's really the death to set us up for the one and we do know that 20, 25 is going to be a game changing year. it feels really powerful something I'd mentioned is that all of the outer planets change signs within six months of one another. That never happens. [00:08:00] I don't know when the last time in. Society that's ever happened. The outer planets really effect. Society. That's a big deal. It's a lot of change at once. Starting in the spring of 20, 25 through, I would say through 20, 27, , we're in it. A lot going on potentially related to 2027, the cross of the sleeping Phoenix, which is a human design thing or not, I'm not really sure. I'd mentioned in other contexts and other episodes that. I do think that the next two to three years are the dark moon phase or whatever society has been. The dark moon phase is the last two to three days of a moon cycle.
It's when there's less light and we shed to prepare for the ne the new thing. We're closing out this year. We are mourning things that didn't get done or saying goodbye to goals that didn't happen. We're saying goodbye to people we lost this year. We're saying goodbye to anything that was not, we're not bringing into the new year. And we're saying hello to how we want to show up differently in the new [00:09:00] year. I don't believe in a lot of the new year's resolution bullshit because we all know psychologically. That's not how our brain works. It really creates a false sense of urgency and panic. That's a lot of what human design is, right?
It's like, where are you taking influence from others? And oftentimes that influence is pressure and it's time-based pressure versus divine timing. And so build into the rubber around new years. , countdown's black Friday specials. Oh my God. I decided not to check my email for five days. . I just spent 20 minutes or more. Unsubscribing from marketing emails and different people I signed up for a long time ago and the amount of black Friday. Pressure filled subject lines. Oh my God, like such adrenaline, such undefined route. If you route is a, the center associated with pressure time, pressure. So this new year's resolution thing is just going to start building all of the weight loss stuff, all of that, habits.
Stop. Personal [00:10:00] development stuff. It's just, it's overwhelming. There's no end. To all of it. Speaking of no end 11 has no end. That's why we don't reduce it. And I had mentioned maybe in prior content that. Stakes. When you see them in spiritual content, you often see them eating their tail because there is no beginning and there is no end.
Whatever the aligned alchemists ends up becoming, whether it's a YouTube channel, whether it's a podcast, whether it's a sub stack, . What I don't even know what the hell it's going to be. Whatever it ends up being. I can fundamentally say that the notion behind the brand. Is deconditioning from. Who you were.
Who you thought you had to be? So you can become who you are truly meant to be. Human Design is just one tool of that human design is deconditioning us. Where we are [00:11:00] conditioned through our centers and our body graph and influenced. And through other ways, our minds can influence us as well. It could be. shedding stuff from past lifetimes, from ancestors. And all of that. And that's a big part of what's happening with the astrological transit that's happening now, which is why I'm talking about alchemizing the past into the future.
It's about alchemizing stuff from our astrological and our ancestral past, and using that as fuel for the future. And we like to put people in boxes. And that's where we get held back is when we let society do that for us. A conversation I'd had with a friend of mine who is a fellow five, one, I'm a five one
that's my profile. And I shared my frustration that I often live in the future and that I feel like every time I get put in a box, I want to burn the box. I've talked to the past about age of Aquarius. And age of Aquarius is really this juxtaposition of Saturn and Uranus Uranus being. [00:12:00] No forum, Uranus being pure energy, Uranus being a weirdo. Outer planet that cannot be seen without a telescope and Saturn being the counterpart of it. Being what we see with our minds, what we can see with our five senses, the fears that get trapped in us, the beliefs that we know, fixed air, fixed belief systems. Traditional structures of society, where we need to color in the lines, all the stuff we've been taught, culturally. , familialy from our academic institutions, from our government institutions, from our political institutions, from society, from the news. No matter what you feel about any of those things, And I'm sure you could probably sense how I feel about that stuff.
You need to have a box to fit the tools in. You need to have a structure to fit the business in. You need to have a structure to fit society in. You need to have a structure to fit the life in. We can't have anything be energy because then it would just float away. There's no containment, right? So I was sharing this with a friend she's an [00:13:00] mg five one.
So she felt this even more. And she was like, yeah, but the box could be anything.
She said the box could be made out of yarn. I don't exactly. Remember what else she said, but. She just got me thinking. And a long time ago on my YouTube channel, I did a video about the astrology of Jupiter in Gemini, in that I share gemini is our mind and our belief systems. And Jupiter is optimism and our ways that we can think differently.
I mentioned one of the key steps I said to do this year is really talking to peers and friends. And people will think like you, but think differently and this just shares how powerful it can be.
Because as soon as she said that, And she said this notion of yard, I just totally relaxed. And I got excited because I love colors and I love creativity. And I was like, oh yeah, it could be like macrame. It could be 10,000 colors. It could be flexible. They can have gaps in it. , there could be room to breathe. It was fun to me and it was cool to me.
The way that I was thinking about it, [00:14:00] because Saturn rules, the mindset and often rules, your old mindset. I was thinking cardboard box. I was thinking boring brown box couldn't think beyond that. It allowed me to at least think about the notion of a box differently. Even if you're not a five one, even if you don't consider yourself a visionary, a change agent, There are probably areas of your life. You feel constrained in a box. We promote people who are micro experts. We've instilled this notion of authority figure. And you become an authority by doing the same thing over and over again. And I think a better word for that is mastery. Saturn rules, both the concept of mastery and authority, but those are two very different words. You're the master of your domain. And you're the master of your. Life. And then you become the authority. Of your life, you become the author of your story.
When you don't have mastery over certain areas of your life, you [00:15:00] allow others to become the author of your story. Your health. . If you master your health, you have the authority. Against external conditions and systems who want to give you the treatment. But they don't want to tell you the cure. If you're the master of your finances.
, then you have a lot more authority about so many other areas of your life. So numerous, we can't even count, which is why I'm so pro., making money is a good thing. I'll, you'll never hear me ever saying making money's a bad thing and I'm not some like airy fairy spiritualist. I money and spirituality go hand in fucking hand together.
When you're the mastery of your mind, then you're not open to other people's influences. You're not open to other people's pressure. You're not open to other people's fear-mongering you're not open to other people's timelines. I'm not in any way, shape or form. Claiming to be at that level yet. I am just sharing that mastering authority go together, but they're not the same thing. And we have [00:16:00] decided that they are the same thing.
Take of that, what you will, but in this scorpion at time, it's a time of shedding. And sometimes when you shed things out of your life, That is when you allow new things in and it's never linear. I've shared before. I love the notion of energy because we all know you close one door, new doors open, right? We all know that. And if you're a sacral being part of the reason why you sometimes can't magnetize opportunities into your life, which I don't think is talked about enough in the Human Design space is sometimes you have shit on your plate that you need to get rid of.
And so your sacral is literally saying no, and it's actually blocking new opportunities to show up. People need to talk about that more. You have to get rid of stuff maybe you're just overwhelmed. You can't magnetize while you're overwhelmed, because remember that your sacral. Is a physical motor and it's a protection mechanism that is built into your body. To prevent you from going off in directions.
That don't make sense for you, but it's also to protect your life force energy and your health.
You guys recently know I changed the name of the [00:17:00] podcast and the brand at the same time. , there's a deeper story behind this. . The quick version is that the aligned Alchemist used to be the old name of the podcast.
And I got this intuition to change the name. And I had tossed around a bunch of different names. And I was feeling a little bit of external pressure knowing I shouldn't. Make a decision rash. Because my friend was doing the cover and he was doing a major life transition and I wouldn't have access to him after mid-November.
For awhile. And I was a guest on a podcast. That Sunday. And I would have to say here's where you can find me here at the name of my podcast, .
Felt like I need to tell my friend and I was supposed to record this podcast on Sunday afternoon. And you should know that this whole time, while I was thinking about changing the name of the podcast, not just now. But earlier on where I got some pushback from people in the [00:18:00] podcast space of like your name doesn't mean anything. I don't understand it. Which may be true, not be true. It's not the most obvious name. But I was feeling a lot of resistance to changing it.
And as entrepreneurs, we always want to hold onto our projects. And our gifts as creators, we can get attached, which can be dangerous to get attached to your babies. But there was something about the name that was like, no, I don't want to let it go. And I discovered soon why. So going back to this early November situation, I think it was November 2nd, the day before I had to tell people. I went to my storage unit.
And I went there to grab a yoga mat. I'm wicked into sweating, infrared saunas, hot yoga. I've been doing that on and off for about 20 years at this point. And I go to a local place that has fitness classes in an infrared. Sauna, which sounds crazy, but okay. And so the heat gets up to 1 35.
You cannot use regular yoga [00:19:00] mats in there. They'll melt. And so I have a special bamboo mat and it's really big and really heavy. And I wasn't going due to a shoulder injury for a while. So it was in storage and I grabbed it. It out of storage on the second. . Saw this bag of shoes. The bag of shoes were nice shoes.
One of them was a pair of lock-in Adian boots, which is a fancy shoe thing out of Montreal. Very expensive suede. Boots. But I had worn these for years. I'd bought these boots, might've been 2013. So I definitely use them. But here's the bigger thing. All of a sudden, the feeling I got was to just take this one tire bag. all that represented, like. I don't know they were from a different era.
Let's put it that way. They're all from my California era. And I was like, I'm going to get rid of these shoes.
And the reason I hadn't worn a lot of these shoes. Is because I haven't really gone into this story, but in my forties I [00:20:00] had , six. Surgeries on my feet, major surgeries on my feet, major reconstructive surgeries on my feet. Whole saga that we're not going to get into. That was a , major chapter of my life, not a minor chapter, a major chapter. And I couldn't walk during certain periods of that time. I had to go through therapy.
There's a whole personal story associated with this, but it was. Out of alignment. I did this and I have. Perfect alignment in my body now. And it was worth it. But it changed the way that I walked and it changed my feet. So a lot of my shoes don't really fit me anymore. I didn't, I hadn't really thought about it. What a dramatic and yet subtle statement for all of us. Where are there areas where we've changed? But we still force ourselves to F things to fit us. That no longer fit us. . If that's one thing I want you to take away from this podcast, it's takeaway the string box an allergy, and take away that [00:21:00] question. , think about that as you're pondering where you want to show up and how you want to show up next year.
I get the shoes out. Drop them in my car and I don't know why, but I made some excuse about not dropping them off. I go to our record, the podcasts, because I was supposed to be on this guest podcast at 4:00 PM. And I showed up to the location at three and on the way I passed a parking lot. The parking lot had, , one of those things where you can put , clothes to Goodwill, shoes and clothing. So I dropped the bag off before I could think about it.
Once you put it in those boxes, you can't retrieve them. I put it in the thing and I just didn't think about it too much. I get to the place or I was going to work and I sit down. Maybe 15 minutes later. I get this epiphany, that the reason I was so reluctant to let go of the name aligned alchemists is because it wasn't the name of the podcast.
It was the name of the brand. I've shared it in prior episodes that I am designing this [00:22:00] entire project around my Human Design my astrological chart. And , specific detail that is hard to articulate, but it is. So my Human Design chart come to life. I just didn't see it. I needed , to get some perspective, to see it. And I was like, fuck.
Yeah, that's it. I know that doesn't sound. Dramatic in the way that I'm articulating it, but I truly believe I threw away. Something from the past completely unrelated shoes. It wasn't related, but the minute that I shed an old part of myself, a new part of myself emerged. And so maybe like a long-winded way to say that, but that was what happened. Job relationship, home location, physical items. Parts of your business, holding you back type of client. You're working with niche you're in, what do you need to get rid of? Tasks you haven't completed health. Practices or habits that are holding you back, don't have to do everything.
What's one of them. There's an, , a lot of pressure on all of us with the new years. Bullshit. Let's take the pressure off instead of focusing on one, one. [00:23:00] Another 11 let's focus on 11 the month 11, which is the entire month of December.
What made me want to record this episode is I had pulled a tarot card the other day I pulled. On the dark moon, I pulled the death card and the death card is the 13th card of the deck. If you recall, in the 11, 11 episode, this 11 theme thing, and how it's 1, 1, 1, 1. , it adds up to four, so it equals a foundation, but it's not four it's one. And I think of the Scorpio card is the same thing or the death card is the same thing.
It's one plus three adds up to four in a very different way. We're always starting over in some way. We start over every day. But it's really about giving ourselves permission to do that. It's about literally leading into the score bionic transformational time.
If you think about the dark moon, the dark moon is roughly, , the last seven days of the moon cycles. When we start to loo have more dark than light. We have the last quarter moon, and then there's more dark than light.
The menstrual cycles about seven days snakes shed for about seven days. If you didn't know that. There's a . Four to [00:24:00] seven day period. Every month or every time a snake sheds, I don't know how often snake shed, where we shed our skin.
That is this transformational energy and understanding this entire month is going to be this way. 20, 25 is going to be this way. And in many ways, the next two to three years are going to be that way. What are we doing to set us , up to win as business owners, as leaders, as creators. Friday the 13th is , really lucky. And I'll put that in the show notes it's has to do with religion and patriarchy, but it's one of the luckiest days out there. This month we have a Friday, the 13th in the energy of the full moon. Powerful time to take a break before the holidays, before you celebrate, what do you really want to call into your life next year?
