Entrepreneurial Mindset: How to Embrace Brand Evolution and Stop Being Afraid To Lose People [E32]
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
đź’ĄWork with Me:
Show Notes:
Speak to the level of the people who want to connect with.
Don't try to bring those who were part your world (but are not longer a fit) on the journey.
This is a commentary on both evolution AND upleveling.
So many entrepreneurs freeze up, afraid to look inconsistent or “unprofessional” if they change direction.
You’ll hear about:
- Why fearing judgment keeps you stagnant
- Why the right people will stay and the rest will fall away
- Why existing brand advice is outdated and out of integrity
Nature is super efficient. A tree is focused on nourishing the leaves that are still on it's branches. It's not worried about the ones that naturally fell to the ground...and were going to fall away anyways.
If you want more timely updates on the astrological energies I mention, check out my other project (linked below). This is in exploration mode...and that's the energy we are in.

[00:00:00] Welcome back to Clear Signal. Today we're gonna talk about brand evolution, this is very interesting because it comes on the heels of the ego center episode. What do those two things have in common? Well, it's external advice that people internalize that keeps them stuck. Last episode, this notion of what the ego is, and what high vibe is, and that can come to boundaries and charging, and what a cluster fuck that is. It relates to brand evolution in a different way because we get a lot of noise about branding and brand evolution and all this what's interesting is I'm flying in from the future, and later on in 2025, I recorded an episode that nobody knows what they're doing anyway in business, so who gives a shit, basically. Because as you know, 2025, 2026, which I predicted, there was a whole fundamental shift in branding and marketing and [00:01:00] what worked and what didn't work, and the people who are touting you had to be this consistent brand are the people that literally were the people I was talking about in this episode. The people who disappear and then completely shift their business model, their client avatar, their look and feel, and there's nothing wrong with that. Just be upfront about it, or at least don't be telling other people what to do. This is about brand evolution, and the next couple of episodes actually talk about sacral response and optimizing energy. And then the episodes after that are astrological, and they talk about how business is gonna shift because of certain astrological transits. It's all related because the astrological shifts affects how you attract people, resonance, frequency, and physical energy. If you're doing something that drains you, that's not gonna work. It's all related. Also, when you attract people through resonance and values, your interests may diverge, and that's just how it goes, but they're more likely to stick with you because it's more likely that [00:02:00] they are there for you, not necessarily for the brand Nuance there, but you get what I'm saying.
Let's get into the episode This podcast has had so many names. It's had so many different names. It's been on a journey since it launched all of the names are visible because, with an RSS feed on YouTube, you can see the past covers. You can see the past names, and I fucking love that shit. Love to see the creative mutation in process and. I think of entrepreneurship as much as a creative expression as it is a business. Now, there's a spectrum there, and depending on the spectrum, you're either Alex Hormizi land, you're on one end, or you're on a complete flowy, airy fairy artist land where you just throw stuff out there , whatever.[00:03:00]
Or you might have projects and one project might be on one spectrum, and that project might be on a different spectrum. One of the things that happens when everything becomes around the serious stuff. Is, yeah, we don't have fun anymore. Fine. We talked about that and we talked about how that can shut the sacral down and shut down the creative force. But also what happens is that we get really afraid of looking perfect. We get really afraid of. People are gonna think I'm waffly. People are gonna think, I don't know what I'm talking about. If I knew what I was doing in business, I wouldn't change my name. It looks like I don't know what I'm doing about blah, blah. Fuck all that shit. I do not adhere to that at all. And I don't want you to adhere to that. That's a stops a lot of people from trying stuff out, throwing spaghetti at the wall, whatever, [00:04:00] because they don't wanna look bad. I'm not saying don't have a strategy. I always have a strategy besides what I do, even if it's not obvious, I don't share everything. But as this project is shifting and evolving,. I'm allowing it to be what it wants to be. I'm allowing it to breathe. Very esoteric, more businessy, but I'm figuring some stuff out and I'm allowing myself to figure stuff out.
Giving your per self permission to take the time to do what you need to do is something we need to talk more about because what I see a lot in the business space is people who talk outta two sides of their mouth. They'll say, you need to do this. You need to be so clear, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then two weeks later, they'll disappear. You'll never hear from them again for six months, and they show up as a completely different person. The whole time they were talking to you about being aligned, they were unclear, and there's nothing wrong [00:05:00] with figuring your shit out. Especially when it comes to identity and branding and positioning, because that's evolving as we evolve this podcast. Yes, the name is not gonna change 10,000 times, only because for logistics it doesn't work. I can tell you right now, this podcast is going to pivot, evolve, morph, mutate, alchemize, evolutionize, its butt off for its existence. I want an audience that's gonna love that. And even if some people drop off because they got what they needed and they're not into the new stuff, that's amazing. They got what they needed out of me. I'm a five one, I impact people, and then people are on their way. I'm good with that. I know my role.
And then there's other people who are like, I don't care what you're doing. I wanna be part of it. You're gonna have that too. There was a conversation I had on Threads today. She [00:06:00] was talking about Lighthouse 'cause she's got a lot of Leo placements. Leo, right? We talked about, Leo and I talked about the heart center and human and in astrology, the heart is Leo. And we're still in this energy of a lot of full sun energy going on right now. In case it doesn't come out in some of my other content, when I talk about the heart, Leo is the leader. Leo is also the heart and a different system. And she's talks about shining bright, she's a lighthouse. And you've heard me say before that lighthouses don't apologize. They don't shrink. They don't dim their shit for other people. Dimming your shit for other people is gonna make the boats who need to find you, not find you. That's all it's gonna do. It's not gonna do anything else. In that episode where I talked about, don't edit yourself for people who might like you because you're gonna repel people who will love you. I did a whole thing in the show notes and I actually cut and pasted and put it on threads 'cause it talked about [00:07:00] Lighthouse. That was more about trying to be light and not trying to offend people, and not trying to call out people in the industry and they're popular people in this space and don't say that they don't know what they're doing and it's a sorority and it's, we're all kumbaya, but also, okay. Yes, but also don't be afraid to evolve. Don't be afraid to change. Don't be afraid to morph and alchemize. And Evolutionize and that you're gonna lose your people if you do that because that is a frequency that's not gonna work. People can get away with that. You can't get away with that if you're attracted to me. Authenticity runs through you like a fucking through line. You can't escape it. You wish you could be different. Sometimes you wish you could be like those people you wish you could be fake as fuck and you can't. You could be, you would not be attracted to me. You can't [00:08:00] be anybody. You're not. And so as you evolve, give yourself the permission to evolve unapologetically. You can do it in public like I am. You don't have to do it in public. There's stories and case studies and lessons and all that I'll share, but the actual mechanics of what I'm doing I'm not sharing here. But this is a public brand. This is a podcast. If I change the cover, I change the name. I change to this, I change to that. You're gonna know. I love the story of things. I love the authentic story of things, which is what I mentioned last time. I don't like the canned bullshit. When I said last time that, I don't need to be relatable, you don't need to be relatable to me. I don't need to be relatable to you. It's not about,, you liking me to hire me and vice versa.
What I meant by that is that sometimes people diminish what they've done to be relatable. That's another form of diminishing your light. [00:09:00] People say, find the kernel that other people can relate to. I get that. Because you want people to be like, oh yeah, I see myself in that. That's classic marketing shit. Don't dim your stories to be relatable to other people. That's what I think. Just tell me the damn story. There's gonna be something in there that I'm gonna relate to, or you're going to inspire me and maybe you don't. I don't need to relate to you. Don't be afraid to evolve. Don't be afraid to change. That is another way of dimming your frequency when you stay stagnant outta fear that you're gonna lose the people who love you. Cause the people who love you are gonna stay with you. The people who are afraid of change are gonna bounce and you don't need them.
so that episode ended kind of abruptly, but you get the gist, and we're gonna run into some of the episodes I mentioned now. An episode on optimizing your energy as a sacral being, what that looks like. Obviously, holding onto an old brand is not gonna help you with that. If you're holding onto an old identity, that's [00:10:00] gonna be draining. And then the following astrological episodes I mentioned, which are all related to this. And in the midst of all that, actually the next episode, we have an episode on the sacral response versus intuition, which is completely unrelated to this episode, but very important as we navigate forward, a prime example of brand evolution. Clear Signal is not about Human Design. Clear Signal is about leaders navigating the new paradigm through orientation, and intuition is a key part of it. Let's get into that now
