Hey everyone. Welcome back to Clear Signal. Today's episode is very tactical. Some of the episodes coming up are very philosophical, more thought leadership and background, which is what this podcast will generally be. But as we wrap up season two in the near term, I want to make sure that I encapsulate a lot of the ideas that I had priorly recorded as tutorials. They may not be on this podcast as tutorials, but I want to make sure that they are on the feed. And so I thought, what a great way to do that is to have a quick and dirty episode about the four lies that are keeping you stuck when you're using human design in your business. Let's make this quick and to the point. The first lie is that your fractal is your client avatar. Most people saying that couldn't define a client avatar if you asked them what it is. And your fractal is the people you're going to cross in your lifetime. The people that are going to come across your path. Now, clients are one of them. But they are also your teachers, they are your guides, they might be your peers. They're going to be people that you find yourself at the end of your journey where you're like, yeah. I'll give you an example. Two of my human design teachers, I've only invested in human design professional training and mentorship with two people. They're both one-threes. There's a guy that I follow on Substack who does messaging for transformational leaders. He's probably someone I'm going to hire at some point, and he is going to come on my podcast. He's a one-three. Those are people who already know human design or are in the new paradigm where we're talking about human design or are sub-35 years old where human design is like a second language in the business space. If they know nothing else, they know their profile and they know their type, which are what most average people who use human design know unless they've had a reading or are really using it. So I know that, okay, three of my teachers have been one-threes. I have an astrology mentor I've had for probably 10 years. Not really a mentor anymore. She was my first mentor. I feel like she's a one-three without knowing anything else. But that's an assumption. One-threes have not been my clients. If you think about a one-line is a one-line wants to investigate and learn themselves. So oftentimes, people who are one-three who are attracted to human design are going to be people who are going to dig in and try to figure it out themselves. So that is a very small subset, but unfortunately, human design is not something that people walk around stamped on their forehead. So I have no idea who are my other teachers. I have no idea who are my other guides. I can say I have different friends that have had a role in my life that is beyond just friendship. Their guidance has changed my trajectory at some level. They were a six-three. And you got to remember that all six lines have the life of a three-line until 30 years old. So a six-line is by nature at some level a three-line. Not really, but kind of. Not really, but kind of. So then it becomes really generic, doesn't it? So if you are just watching a video, it's great for headlines, it's great for click-through. What bothers me, and again, this isn't my problem, is that people watch these one or two videos and run off and try to use human design for their business and they don't know what the fuck they're doing. Again, the five-line wants to solve all the problems. Not my problem to solve, but I want to make sure that you hear it here. The second thing that is a lie that is keeping you stuck in your business is that your sun is your brand. I talked about on the first episode of this year that the sun is 70% of human design electromagnetic frequency. The founder of human design made a big deal about the sun, in my opinion, too much, but it is about energy. And on Earth, the sun is what gives us energy. It is what causes things to grow. It is what revitalizes us. It is what gives us life force. And human design is about life force. We take away the business angle, human design is about life force. So your sun is what revitalizes you, it's what energizes you. Yes, it's part of your role in the world. But it's more than that. It is a piece of everything else that you do. It's a critical piece. But the gate itself is more about what fuels you. And sure, as you're fueling yourself, you're fueling others. The sun does not lose energy by giving others energy. So in that sense, the more you revitalize yourself, the more you're available for others, but it's not your brand. That is generic back of the envelope, shitty human design for business. The third lie is that your profile is your positioning. We belabor this on the feed. There are two episodes about profile and positioning on the feed. One is the more intro level, one is the more advanced level, the advanced one comes later on. Profile is not your positioning. Profile is your role in the world. The vehicle through which you move, the way that you're going to do things. Is it going to inform your positioning? Absolutely. And I give an example in the next episode. And by giving example, I mean I just will throw out, oh, I'm a 5-1, so this is why I'm doing this versus not doing this. It's an aspect of your positioning. It's not your positioning. Positioning is something very specific in business. Positioning is what you do that nobody else can do. Positioning is traditionally how you relate to the competitive landscape. Now that is not the way that I look at it, especially as a solopreneur. But it's what can you do that nobody else can do. And then we're going to talk about that when we talk about niche, because that's where people get niche wrong. Niche is not what you do in the world. Niche is like what you are known for, your role. And that could be for a variety of different types of people, and it could be across a number of different topics. It's what you're here to do that nobody else can do. And the fourth lie, myth, I forget what I started with. Let's go with lie, myth, keeping you stuck, is that you have to master your strategy and authority in human design before you can do anything else. You have to master this vehicle before you can ever do anything else. And I've talked about that earlier on the feed. And I told you why it bothers me, especially for sacral beings, especially for women, especially for people 40 plus, especially for people Gen X, Zen EL. This body wisdom thing is new to us. We don't grow up in that world. The frequency of the world in which we grew up with is actually different than the frequency of the world people are going to come into. And human design was built for the future. Human design is not built for the current reality we're living in. Human design doesn't really even really kick in until like 2028. And the reason they say that is because if you are not aligned in your strategy and authority, everything else is mental. And human design is a physical operating vehicle. So they're right and they're wrong. But it's keeping people stuck because if you have to master this nebulous thing, you could be using so many other elements of this in your business and your career. I'll say business, that's who I care about, business while you're operating the vehicle. So this is a great dovetail in the episode coming next because I talked about this at length. I talked about how certain elements of my vehicle are changing for the last four years due to certain things. And only now, probably in about a month, will I really have my original vehicle from an energetic motors connected to motors or not connected, my vehicle has been altered for four years. And that's kind of the time I really drilled into human design, even though I, you know, got my first reading in 21 and learned of it in 2020. So the vehicle is always something you're mastering. But the other things that I've talked about, the profile and the way that I work with it as a surgical tool in what I do in Clarity Edge, I can use that without you having living this perfect design. Awareness of how you operate in business is still useful. And so I've said that before, I'll say it again, and now people are hip to it. But three years ago when I was saying it, it was kind of a, you know, I didn't feel comfortable saying that because I thought, oh, well, I'll wait a couple more years where I'm in design and then I'll master this, you know, theoretical. No, you're never mastering the vehicle. You're learning the vehicle for a long time. And if you're older, you're gonna learn it for a very long time. Some people are super tuned in and tapped into energy. Some people are super really vibrationally aligned and they can feel energy and they can feel their body really well and they're super embodied, and that's great, and that's something we should all aim to be moving towards. I've said it before and I'll say it again, and that's an episode coming up. I think body discernment is one of the superpowers moving forward in an era of noise. Tapping into yourself and understanding yourself is going to be huge. But let's also be realistic that we're all built differently and that we don't need to throw the baby out with a bathwater to use a horrible saying. And I say that because I say the next episode language is important. I mean that saying is horrendous, but you get what I'm saying? That let's work with what we've got. Most people in my world, that's part of what they're here to do. Most people in my world are not just posting graphics on Instagram or quotes, motivational quotes. That's kind of 2014. You need to get your voice out there. You need to get your unique value proposition out there. You need to get people to see you for who you are. And being on camera, being on audio, being on a stage, being in public, speaking big stage, small stage, that is one of the best ways to stand out from the noise. Because with AI and other things, anybody can write anything. But you can only be you. And that is what's going to separate the wheat from the chaff moving forward to use an old saying, but a good saying and a saying I'm going to bring back. I'm going to make it popular again. That is my single-minded mission. So those are the four myths and the four lies in human design. That is the offer, residence reality check. That is for you.
