I’ve also had the privilege of working within and alongside organizations in an operational and development capacity, while gaining experience in human resources and management. This means I understand the value of a positive culture, fiscal responsibility and producing results.

I’m a branding bullet that has propelled businesses to the top in their industry. I’ve spearheaded efforts to put startups on the map, teamed up with authors to launch best-selling books and helped marketing departments become a rockstar resource for my clients.

My career is built on a foundation of curiosity and authenticity. What started as an obsession with finding solutions and efficiencies for clients in an Implementation role evolved into a "Live in Discovery" philosophy that guides my approach to both sales and leadership. The best results come from understanding people and problems. I believe in a heart-forward leadership style, grounded in the principles of integrity, respect, and a high degree of accountability.

As President & CEO of the United Way of Cass Clay, I lead our mission to mobilize collective action that drives measurable, lasting change for the people and places we serve.

My leadership approach blends strategic vision with a collaborative spirit — connecting diverse partners, inspiring action, and turning shared goals into tangible results. I bring over two decades of executive experience across sales, marketing, and technology, including leadership roles at Microsoft, Eide Bailly, and OmniByte. This background equips me to innovate within the nonprofit sector, apply data-driven strategies, and ensure every initiative delivers real community impact.

I am deeply committed to board and community service and contribute to organizations that advance education, equity, and opportunity. I am passionate about building partnerships that empower individuals, strengthen neighborhoods, and create a future where everyone can thrive.

The Microsoft TechSpark initiative is a civic program aimed at fostering greater economic opportunity and job creation. North Dakota has been selected as one of the six states to learn, contribute, and share our learnings. As the TechSpark Manager, I work closely with local partners to accelerate economic growth through regional internet connectivity, digital skills and computer science education, career pathways, nonprofit support, and digital business transformation.
