Cole Grace

My name is Cole Grace. I am a combat veteran who has struggled with PTSD for over 20 years. I wrote a book about practical ways to manage mental health and improve your quality of life. The book is called Internal > External: Calming the Chaos Within.

I believe focusing on external things like how much money you make, what kind of car you drive, status, title or anything like that will not fix your internal which is integrity, joy, mindset, expectations, attitude, beliefs and other similar things. Conversely, focusing on your internal will greatly influence your external.

I believe using awareness and introspection to inventory your subconscious and then reprogramming it with positive affirmations, gratitude, and some other tools is the key to breaking through behavioral blocks and no longer self-sabotaging.

Ron Kinschert

I discovered late in life, what God has put me on this planet to do ... create content for kids. I left the 'real world' of business and took a chance on my talent. Life is short. And if you can find something that you love ... and share that with the world, you contribute to the community and become a better version of yourself.
Everyone says they want to write a kid's book. I did it. And it''s been an incredible ride of some success  and a lot of failure.

Credit Card Advice from Lifelong Accountant
Don’t pay your bank-issued alleged credit card debt, but instead:
Write a letter to the bank requesting the closing of your free checking account.
Stop the harassment with one word.
Never receive a 1099-C from the bank that forces you to pay income tax on the alleged gain (that gives the bank a tax deduction so the bank pays less taxes).
Have the negative reporting removed from your credit report.
If necessary, file an injunction by yourself or with a lawyer to stop the bank’s collection efforts that may have included threatening a lawsuit.
  Declare victory.
