I’m Carrie - a nature loving meditation coach who believes that healing doesn’t have to be complicated. Just 20 minutes of walking a day can do wonders for the mind, body, and soul. Through my own love for mindful movement and the peace I find in nature, I created The Healing Mile as a simple, supportive space for anyone who wants to use movement and mindfulness to promote healing and overall health - one breath, one step, one mile at a time.
