Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie. And right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a long deep breath in through your nose. And exhale slowly through your mouth. Feel your body begin to lighten as if you're clearing space for something new. Today is a reset, a clean slate, a quiet invitation to begin again. With every inhale, draw in new energy, bright, fresh, alive. With every exhale, release what's heavy. The thoughts, worries, or stories that no longer serve you. Imagine standing beneath a gentle waterfall of light. Washing over your shoulders, your back, your heart, cleansing you of yesterday's weight. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just need to make room for what's next. Breathe in possibility. Breathe out the past. This is your new beginning. Soft, grounded, and free of pressure. A moment to reset your mind, your mood, your energy. Let this breath be your turning point. Right here, right now. You begin again. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
