Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie, and right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a slow deep breath in through your nose. And let it flow out through your mouth. Let your breath be your reset button. A signal that it's safe to clear, release, and renew. Imagine your body surrounded by soft light. Warm, gentle, and pure. With each inhale, that light grows stronger. With each exhale, it sweeps away anything heavy or stagnant. Stress, worry, old emotions that no longer serve you. Breathe in the light. Breathe out what's been weighing you down. Picture this light moving through you. Starting at the crown of your head. Flowing slowly down your face. Your throat, your chest, unraveling any tightness as it goes. Let it travel through your arms, your hands, your belly, your hips, down through your legs, and out the soles of your feet, releasing what's not yours to carry. You don't have to name what's leaving. You just have to breathe and allow it to go. Feel the shift. Subtle but real. Your energy is clearing, softening, returning to flow. You are lighter now. You are open, balanced, and free. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole.
