Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie. And right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a slow breath in and let it go. Again, breathe in and release. Now soften your body. Relax your forehead. Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. And as your body softens, your mind begins to slow. Now imagine your thoughts gently spreading out. There is a space between them. Everything feels lighter, more open, more calm. Stay with your breath. Inhale slow and steady. And exhale long and easy. My mind is slowing down. Each breath creates space. Calm is building within me. I move at a calm, steady, peaceful pace. Take one more deep breath in. And a slow breath out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole. Thank you for taking this minute to heal with me. And I'll meet you here again soon.
