Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie. And right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a slow breath in through your nose. And let it out gently through your mouth. Feel your body settle. Feel your breath soften. Feel a gentle sense of space begin to open inside you. With each breath, your body remembers how to move with ease. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Just a natural setting into comfort. Imagine your whole body choosing the easier path. The path that feels smooth and supportive. The path that meets you exactly where you are. Picture that path unfolding effortlessly. Like a river flowing in the direction it naturally wants to flow. Steady, calm, assured. Let that feeling spread. Let your shoulders follow it. Let your breath follow it. Let your mind follow it. Here things are allowed to be simple. You're not trying to make anything happen. You're simply allowing what already flows easily to lead the way. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole.
