Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie. And right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a deep breath in and slowly let it out. Feel the weight of the day begin to soften. Your shoulders lowering. Your eyes growing heavier. Your body remembering how to rest. Let your breath move like gentle waves. Steady, calm, and rhythmic. You've done enough for today. Now it's time to let yourself exhale. Imagine yourself standing at the edge of the ocean at sunset. The sky painted in shades of gold and lavender. The air warm and quiet. With every wave that rolls in, you feel your body soften a little more. And with every wave that drifts back out to sea, you release what no longer needs to stay. Tension, thoughts, moments that don't serve you anymore. Let them go with the tide. As the daylight fades, the world slows down. You feel the cool air on your skin. The gentle pull of gravity holding you steady. You are safe to rest now. Safe to be still. Let it wrap around you like a soft blanket. The day is complete, and you are home in your body. Take a deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole.
