Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie. And right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a slow, easy breath in and let it go. Some days you just don't feel like yourself. Not sad, not broken, just heavy. Like your spark dimmed a little, and everything feels slower than usual. You're not alone in that. We all move through quiet seasons where our energy dips and our light feels far away. So right now, instead of forcing yourself to snap out of it, let's breathe through it. Take another slow inhale, deeper this time. And as you exhale, imagine a soft fog gently lifting from your body. Feel your shoulders loosen, your jaw unclench. Your chest open just enough for light to slip back in. Now picture a warm golden glow at the center of your chest. A quiet, steady warmth that expands with every breath. Through your ribs, your arms, the back of your neck. That light is your energy. Steady, alive, still here. It was never gone, just resting for a while. Let this next breath feel like a turning point. Inhale, clearing the weight. And exhale, coming back to yourself. Softly repeat in your mind, I am returning to myself. My energy is rising again. I'm allowed to begin again. Pause here. Let the stillness remind you. Nothing is wrong. You're simply recalibrating. This moment is your reset. You're already finding your way back to you. The version of you that's vibrant, open, full of energy and love, and excited for life again. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole.
