Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie. And right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a deep, slow breath in through your nose. And exhale softly through your mouth. Feel the air move through you. Steady, rhythmic, quiet. Your mind has been working hard, thinking, planning, replaying. It's okay to give it a rest. You don't have to control your thoughts. You just have to slow the current. Inhale calm. Exhale noise. With your next breath. Imagine your thoughts as ripples on a lake. Each inhale smooths the surface. Each exhale settles the water a little more. You don't have to chase every thought that floats by. You can let them drift. Knowing that stillness doesn't mean emptiness. It means peace. Bring your awareness back to your breath. A gentle rise and fall in your chest. The sound of air moving in and out. Simple, steady enough. Right here in this quiet, your mind begins to rest, and you begin to feel whole again. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole. Thank you for taking this minute to heal with me. And I'll meet you here again soon.
