Feel to Heal | Short Guided Meditation to Release What Your Body’s Been Holding
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more — it’s about slowing down enough to feel what’s already here.
In this short guided meditation, you’ll gently tune into your body and let go of the tension, emotion, and energy you’ve been carrying. Each breath helps you release what’s been held too tightly — the stress, the stories, the heaviness — so you can return to calm, clarity, and presence.
Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or simply disconnected, this mindful moment is your invitation to breathe, soften, and come home to yourself.
Take a minute to pause. Feel what’s here. And let yourself heal — one breath at a time.

Welcome to the Healing Minute. I'm Carrie, and right now, in this moment, we're going to relax and recharge. Find a comfortable position, sitting, lying down, or standing tall. And let's begin. Take a slow, easy breath in through your nose. And exhale gently through your mouth. Let your shoulders drop. Your face soften. Let your breath settle you into this moment. You don't have to hold everything together right now. You don't have to keep pretending you're fine. This is a safe moment to simply feel whatever is here. Breathe in acceptance. Breathe out resistance. Notice what emotions rise when you give them space. You don't have to name them or fix them. Just allow them to be. Your feelings are never wrong. They're messages. And by listening, you begin to heal. With every breath, imagine opening a window inside yourself. Letting fresh air move through the rooms that have been closed off too long. Let the light in. Let the heaviness lift. Healing doesn't happen when you avoid what hurts. It happens when you let your heart exhale and feel. So breathe deeply. Softly. You are not breaking down, you're breaking open. That's where the healing begins. Take one more deep breath in. And out. When you're ready, gently bring your awareness back to the space around you. Wiggle your fingers and your toes. Feel yourself here. Calm, steady, and whole. Thank you for taking this minute to heal with me, and I'll meet you here again soon.
