This weekly podcast is a special place where we can seek God together for our healthiest and fittest bodies, minds, and spirits, and be authentic in our life journeys. My heart and mission is to inspire and motivate you through the love, truth, and grace of Jesus Christ to make the most of every day and to MOVE forward into your best life in Him and for Him. I’m still a work in progress, but God has given me freedom in every way! With over 25 years of experience in the fitness world and a lifetime of walking with the Lord, He has put a fire in my heart to help you walk in your freedom and to ENJOY the process. I mean, we GET to do this! We get to live for Jesus and get fit HIS way! Let’s Warrior Up for such a time as this!
