What do you do when you have a passion for cars and helping people? Open an automotive repair shop! I enjoy being around cars, I love helping people and that's why I opened Rad Air of Wickliffe. 

It didn't stop there though. I now help aspiring business owners open their own Rad Air Complete Car Care location. We repair and maintain client vehicles with honesty, fairness and integrity. We're engaged in the community and we care about our team and our clients.

My Why...
During a family vacation in the summer of 2012 we found ourselves on the side of the road because our regular repair facility failed to pay attention to the details. I thought there has a to be a better way to offer car care and I drafted a business plan while sitting on the beach.

When not at the shop you'll find me spending time with family or at a race track.

Stephanie started her professional career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for The Upjohn Company, where she was promoted twice. Following this position, she transitioned to a medical staffing firm as an account executive. After nine years in the medical arena, she jumped ship (pun intended) to the transportation industry. FedEx Supply Chain Services was her first foray into logistics, and then she moved to a smaller firm where she worked in the marketing/sales support department.
