Movement Gossip is hosted by Matt Bernstein and Daniel Flores. They sit down weekly to discuss Movement, Fitness, Science, and all of the hippy dippy side of Movement Practice. Ape Co Movement is a Movement gym based out of Boulder and Denver, Colorado. We teach Movement to our amazing community using our decades of experience and education in the fields of Strength, Handbalancing, Mobility, Flexibility, Sports Science, Physical Therapy and more. Our longtime teachers include Ido Portal, Marcello Pallozo, Shai Faran and so many more have influenced us.
