Karina Gomez

Hi! I am Karina Gomez, the host of the Rooted in Intention Podcast. Not all communities and families have access to the same resources and mentors. That's why I'm on a mission to help you create the life you want by bringing together people's stories and expertise through this podcast. Because I believe that we are all interconnected and if more people are living healthy, fulfilling lives, then the world would be a better place.

In addition to bringing people and wisdom together through the podcast, I also help people heal their relationship patterns. As a Certified Integrated Attachment Theory Relationship Coach, I help you understand your triggers, unlearn unhelpful coping strategies (largely learned during childhood), and be more equipped to create the satisfying and fulfilling relationship/s of your dreams.
