Your Reporting Page

So you've met the requirements for Buzzsprout ads and have started accepting Buzzsprout Ads into your episodes! Now it's time to track your earnings!

Buzzsprout offers a Reporting Page so you can easily track your monetization through Buzzsprout Ads. To see that page head to Monetization > Buzzsprout Ads > Reporting. On that page, you will see a summary of your ads payouts!

In the This Month section, you will see the dollar amount you have earned so far this month, the number of ads fulfilled, and the number of monetized downloads.

A Monetized Download is a download of your podcast episode that contains a Buzzsprout ad. You will receive 1.4 cents per monetized download. Some of your downloads might contain two ads, which would count as two Monetized Downloads.

Note: Your earnings will be added to your reporting page once the Buzzsprout Ad is fulfilled. An ad is fulfilled once the ad has reached its purchased total of impressions.

Earnings All Time
The second box tracks all the money you have earned through Buzzsprout ads. It can be easy to get lost in the day-to-day process of running a podcast so we keep the All-Time number here to encourage you by seeing the total monetization of your podcast through Buzzsprout Ads.

Available Balance
Once you receive payment for your monetized downloads, we will add that to your Buzzsprout Wallet! If you have a balance in your wallet you will be able to view it by going to Settings > Wallet.

At the bottom of your reporting page, you will see a monthly breakdown of your Buzzsprout Ads. You will see the Ads fulfilled, monetized downloads, and the amount of money you made for each month you have had active ads in your podcast.

Using Your Buzzsprout Wallet 

Your monthly credit will be added to your Buzzsprout Wallet as soon as the ad completes its run. Within your wallet, you will have the option of applying the credit to your monthly invoices or cashing the total out via PayPal.

Note: You can only cash out via PayPal when your credit total is over $50.
