Erica Roberts has been involved in emergency communications for more than 20 years. During her time, she has served as a dispatcher, a trainer, and a supervisor. Erica has a strong passion for training and community outreach and serves as one of the liaisons for her department. Erica is also involved with Ameri-prep training and webinars, which seeks to spread knowledge and wisdom on how to best operate within an emergency environment.
