The LifeLine911 podcast's mission is to discuss issues and stories related to Emergency response services, with specific emphasis on Emergency Communication.
LifeLine911 is hosted by Erica Roberts, a veteran of over twenty years in the Emergency Communications industry and instructor of training techniques in an ECOMM environment.

Erica Roberts has been involved in emergency communications for more than 20 years. During her time, she has served as a dispatcher, a trainer, and a supervisor. Erica has a strong passion for training and community outreach and serves as one of the liaisons for her department. Erica is also involved with Ameri-prep training and webinars, which seeks to spread knowledge and wisdom on how to best operate within an emergency environment.
Gary Elmore has been in emergency communications for more than 16 years. During that time he has served as a 911 call taker, police dispatcher, Division training coordinator, and supervisor. He also works in media as a co-host/producer/audio engineer/editor of several other podcasts.
Alex Chaisson is an Emergency Telecommunicator for the city of Waltham, Massachusetts, and serves as the Director of Technology for American Emergency Preparedness.
Amanda Spees has served as an emergency call taker, police dispatcher, and in a leadership role in an emergency communications division for several years.
