With our Fan Mail feature, you'll be able to communicate with your listeners via voicemails! This will require you to grant us access to your microphone. If you run into any issues, you might need to reset your browser permissions. We'll break down those directions for each device and browser here:
iPhone (iOS)
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Scroll down to the very bottom and tap Apps
- Scroll and tap your browser (For example, Safari or Chrome)
- Tap Microphone
- Make sure microphone access is set to Ask
- Go back to the webpage, reload the page, and try again.
Android
- Open Settings on your Android device
- Scroll and tap Security and Privacy
- Scroll and tap Controls and Alerts
- Make sure the Microphone Access toggle is turned on
- Go back to the webpage, reload the page, and try again.
Google Chrome (Desktop)
- Open Google Chrome
- Go to the website where the microphone is not working
- Click the Lock icon or Settings icon to the left of the address bar
- Select Site Settings
- Find Microphone
- Toggle the switch to On. You can also click the Reset Permissions button
- Reload the page and try again.
Safari (Desktop)
- Open Safari
- Go to the website where the microphone is not working
- In the top menu bar, click Safari
- Select Settings for This Website
- Find Microphone
- Set the option to Allow
- Reload the page and try again.
Internet Explorer (Desktop)
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Gear Icon in the top right
- Select Internet Options
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click Sites
- Remove the website from the list if it appears
- Reload the page and try again.
