iHeartRadio is an all-in-one digital audio streaming service with over 250 million diverse listeners. The platform reaches nine out of 10 Americans every month with 850+ internet radio stations, hundreds of thousands of podcasts, and unlimited music.
iHeart's podcast app is available on over 250 devices, including smart speakers, iPhones, Androids, digital audio dashes, tablets, TV, Alexa, and wearable tech.
While this directory doesn't offer in-depth podcasting stats like Spotify or Apple Podcasts, it reaches a wide range of listeners, and we think podcasters benefit from having their content on the platform.
Publishing your podcast on iHeartRadio is now easier than ever. If you host your podcast with Buzzsprout, you can submit your show to iHeartRadio, along with other supported audio directories, with one click.
Before you submit your show
Before Buzzsprout can submit your podcast to iHeartRadio, make sure your show is fully set up and ready to be listed.
Start by going to Settings in your Buzzsprout account and clicking on Podcast Settings. From there, you can fill out your Podcast Name, Description, Artwork, and Category. These details are what listeners will see when they find your podcast in iHeartRadio and other podcast apps, so it's worth double-checking that everything looks the way you want.
You'll also need to publish at least one episode. Podcast directories need a published episode before they can list your show!
Once your show details are complete and your first episode is live, you're ready to submit your podcast.
Submit your podcast with one click
Go to the Directories page in your Buzzsprout account and click Get Listed Everywhere.
That's it!
Buzzsprout will submit your podcast to the audio directories available, including iHeartRadio. You don't need to copy your RSS feed, visit iHeartRadio's website, or fill out a separate submission form, it's all done for you.
If you are already listed in a few directories, you can still submit to iHeartRadio with one click. Just go to the Directories page in your Buzzsprout account and scroll down to iHeartRadio. From there, just click Get Listed, and Buzzsprout will submit your show.
Once your show is listed, iHeartRadio will use your podcast's RSS feed to automatically receive new episodes whenever you publish them in Buzzsprout. You only need to submit your show once!
