How do I pull a custom stats report?

Your Buzzsprout Stats page gives you a detailed look at how your podcast is doing, including a breakdown of your downloads by episode, app and device, and location. If you want to see your download numbers for a specific date range, you can see that as well!

View Your Downloads For a Specific Time Range:

  1. Go to the Stats > Podcast Overview page in your Buzzsprout account.
  2. From there, click the "Custom" tab.
  3. Enter the dates that you'd like the report to pull data from.
  4. Press "Update Stats."
The graph will update with your download numbers for that timeframe! CleanShot 2026-08-27 at 14.19.58@2x.png You can screenshot the Buzzsprout page for your records, or click on a point on the graph to see the episode downloads for that day.
