What does “Waiting for Audio File” mean?

Sometimes after you import your podcast or upload a new episode you will see the message, "Waiting for Audio file" on your Episodes page. That message is our way of telling you that something went wrong during the upload or processing of the audio file. We still saved all the episode data, but the audio file is not in the episode, so it cannot be published. Fixing this is easy!

Overage Example

Just click into the episode and upload the audio file into the episode! The new upload should work and if it doesn't, then we know there is a larger issue here. If you continue to have issues uploading the audio file either email us in support or check out this help article: Uploading Problems
